From serving in the Air Force to working as a firefighter and EMS provider, service has always been at the center of who I am. That commitment carried into everything I do in life and in business. I’ve always believed in showing up for people, creating a sense of calm in high-pressure moments, and making others feel cared for and safe. Being raised in the South also strengthened my belief in hospitality—welcoming people in, building trust quickly, and creating meaningful experiences through service. - Delvin

I’ve always had a natural love for decorating and creating beautiful spaces, but it truly started with my daughter. I wanted her to have the best experiences and most memorable celebrations without the overwhelming cost. What began as planning her birthdays slowly turned into helping family and friends with their events. The Details of Your Booking

At One More Sip, every experience is intentionally curated to ensure seamless execution, clear communication, and an elevated event experience from start to finish.

By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

General Terms

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of scheduling.

Travel fees, service upgrades, and enhancements are non-refundable once confirmed

Clients are responsible for ensuring venue approval for all services provided

By submitting payment, clients acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy

Reservation & Deposit

A 50% payment of the total event cost is due at the time of booking confirmation to secure your event date and finalize event details.

Of this amount, 20% of the total event cost is considered a non-refundable deposit. The non-refundable deposit will be applied toward the overall balance of the event.

All remaining balances and invoices must be paid in full no later than 10 days prior to your scheduled event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

The 20% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event date are eligible for a refund of the remaining 30% of the initial payment

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable in full

Failure to appear or failure to communicate regarding cancellation will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients are permitted one (1) complimentary reschedule, subject to availability.

Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the original event date

The new event date must occur within 90 days of the original booking date

Additional reschedules may require a new deposit to secure a new date

All rescheduled dates are subject to availability

Event Changes & Final Details

Final event details, including guest count, services, and add-ons, must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the event date.

Any reductions in services after final confirmation are non-refundable

Add-ons and upgrades added after booking are subject to availability and must be paid in full upon confirmation

Custom enhancements, décor items, and specialty rentals are non-refundable once secured or ordered

Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

One More Sip is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to:

Severe weather conditions

Illness or emergencies

Venue restrictions or closures

Natural disasters or acts of God

Government restrictions or mandates

In such cases, One More Sip will make every reasonable effort to offer a reschedule based on availability
